Vision Statement

We are a K-12 community that partners to:

  • Create a safe and trusting space where each learner is seen, heard, and valued.

  • Innovate to meet learners where they are: advancing their strengths, building skills, and providing flexible pathways for all to grow academically and emotionally.

  • Provide authentic, engaging, and purposeful learning experiences that go beyond the walls of the classroom and develop autonomous learners who are prepared for their next steps.

Why Statement

Developed as a staff and frequently revisited, our why statement describes the big picture reason why we come to work at PGA every day:

We value every individual and believe that they can positively impact the world.
