Hello! I am Erica Ciardullo, a passionate educator of 14 years, determined to support all my students more than just academically but emotionally and menally as well. As an educator these past several years it has become even more evident that students want empathetic, understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable and gracious teachers. I am confident that these are the qualities I possess and have fine tuned over the past decade. I believe in building strong relationships with my students, parents and community as this is key to students academic success. I have worked with students who come from diverse backgrounds and have diverse aspirations and I am excited for another year here at PGA!

As a Social Studies Teacher, it is crucial for me to teach students to become critical thinkers, challenging them to make educated, well-informed decisions. Students want to discuss real-world issues and in my classroom I create a safe, cohesive, environment for students of all backgrounds to safely discuss a variety of topics. 

When I am not teaching you’ll find me with my husband and 17 year old son on our small family ranch enjoying our cattle, sheep, chickens, goats, ducks and livestock dogs Marv, Mosey, Akela, Twomey and Hitch!
